Our most popular PVC black base traffic cones, made from a combination of recycled black PVC and virgin PVC, they are a perfect choice for all-weather performance and a long life. Uniquely made with a two step injection process, our green and orange traffic cones are durable and designed for full-time use in traffic zones, general use in city areas or around airports or events.  Pylons are available with or without reflective collars.  The black base traffic cones are a highly durable product that will fully rebound after impact. Extreme temperature rated -35c to 65c.  Standard orange traffic cone sizes are 18″, 28″ and 36″ and weigh from 3 lbs – 12 lbs each. We stock green and orange black base traffic cones at our warehouse, other colors are available by special order.
