• Uniquely made with a two step injection process using a combination of recycled black PVC and virgin orange PVC
• Fade resistant and will withstand extreme weather conditions and impact from heavy vehicles
• For greater visibility, add a 6″ reflective collar
• This cone available with 6″ collar installed, see product #COB-TC-45HT
• Extreme temperature rated from 65^oC to -35^oC (149^oF to -31^oF)
• Meets MUTCD, FHWA, NFPA and NCHRP-350 approval standards with collars installed
