The 28″ Traffic Cone Orange Black Base without a collar is for general use in non vehicle traffic areas in schools, parking lots, and interiors of buildings.  Add reflective collars for visibility in dark conditions.

• Uniquely made with a two step injection process using a combination of recycled black PVC and virgin orange PVC
• Fade resistant with UV inhibitors
• Traffic cone with black base can withstand extreme weather conditions and impact from heavy vehicles
• With reflective collars, meets MUTCD, FHWA, NFPA and NCHRP-350 approval standards
• This 7 LB traffic cone is available with or without HI collars
• Add a 6″ collar or set of 4″ and 6″ collars before check-out – we will install for you
