Product Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange based on the following conditions:

A request for a Return Authorization (RA#) is obtained by calling our customer service line at 1-877-483-6079.  A refund will be approved based upon the following:

WITHIN 15 DAYS of receipt of product by the customer:

  • Customer is responsible for cost of shipping goods back to Traffic Safety Zone and product must be in new and unused condition, must include all parts, and in its original packaging;
  • Product must be received by Traffic Safety Zone within 15 days of the issued RA#;
  • Upon verification of the above conditions, a refund will be issued for the items returned at the original product sale cost less a 15% handling fee.  Freight costs are not refundable nor any duty/taxes related to the return of the product(s). Failure to correctly ship goods as stated on our Return Authorization Form may result in duty/taxes being deducted from the refund;

EXCLUDED ITEMS:

Please note some items are not returnable under any circumstances:

  • Product that has been used or installed in any way;
  • Product with custom stenciling/lettering (ie: traffic cones, delineators, vertical panels, signs);
  • Water filled barricades;
  • Custom made products;
  • Items purchased as a 'Discounted' or 'Clearance' sale item.

Please ensure your RA# is included with your product and noted on your shipping documents for tracking purposes.  **Make sure to correctly fill out shipping papers as per our RA form**
